Role description
As a Senior Account Manager,
you will serve as the single point of contact for Client Success Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing mid‑to‑long‑term account strategies that align with Viseven's marketing strategy to drive upsell tactics. Your primary objective will be to maintain existing global accounts while identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to grow revenue. In addition, you will lead client meetings, gather and analyze high‑level requirements, design scalable onboarding processes, drive internal change initiatives, and provide leadership for internal operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Overarching account profitability management
- Orchestrating the relationships with the client across regions via the Regional Account Directors' alignment
- Being responsible for HQ contracting
- Onboarding of new Regional Account Directors
- Build the a
