Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a curious, hands‑on and technically driven person, proactive and result‑oriented, to join our R&D; team as Hardware Engineer.

What You Will Do
- Design embedded electronic architectures for the control of electric pumps, including fixed‑speed (ON/OFF via Triac relay or contactor) and variable‑speed solutions using Field Oriented Control (FOC) for asynchronous and synchronous brushless motors.
- Develop firmware for microcontrollers and manage their peripherals.
- Design power electronics circuits with supply voltages up to 600 Vac and implement power switching and modulation systems.




- Integrate and manage a wide range of sensors (current, voltage, temperature, acceleration, pressure, flow, etc.).
- Develop HMI interfaces (keypads, displays) and implement wired and wireless communication protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, CAN bus, ModBus, BACnet, Wi‑Fi, ZigBee.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to ensure proper electromechanical integration.
- Perform laboratory testing, measurements, and validation of prototypes.
- Support EMC compliance and certification activities according to IEC/EN standards.

WHO You Are
- Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of general electronics and power circuit design.
- Understanding of power switching and modulation systems.
- Experience with microcontrollers and embedded peripherals; ability to design MCU‑based architectures.
- Proficiency with electronic CAD tools for schematic design and PCB layout (OrCAD preferred).
- Basic familiarity with 3D me
