ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Start-up Leader in Mantova to drive vertical start-up and sustained performance during the initial phase of CAPEX projects.
The role includes coordinating permits, training, materials availability, and the handover to operations, with focus on safety and on-time deliverables. Fluency in English is required; Italian knowledge is a plus. A degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of production leadership experience are expected.
