3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
~ G. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
~ Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
~ Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
