REDEN, a renewable energy group, seeks a Legal Manager (F/M) for a long-term contract in Rome, Italy. You will lead the Italian Legal team and support corporate transactions within the group.

You will analyse, draft and negotiate contracts in Italian or English, provide risk management and regulatory guidance, and lead M&A; activity and project financing. The role requires a Master’s degree in Italian Corporate Law or Renewable Energy Law and at least 5 years’ in-house experience in renewables.
