Quince is seeking an experienced Cashmere Material Quality Lead to secure top quality from raw fiber to finished goods. You will manage a testing center, define standards, and collaborate with suppliers to elevate quality in line with our brand strategy.

You will lead a QA/QC team, drive training, and work closely with sourcing, production and design. Fluency in English and Chinese is required for supplier coordination in Asia. This role requires strong leadership and a data-driven approach.
