? Your missions?
- Lead and coordinate OMS and ERP integration projects, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
- Manage projects involving the integration of a new Order Management System (OMS) with internal ERP systems, monitoring interfaces, dependencies and data flows.
- Coordinate Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollouts across different markets, working with international and local stakeholders.
- Define project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on track.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate different stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business, functional and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment and go-live activities across multiple markets.
- Ensure effective project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
✍️ Your profile?
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, ERP, digital transformation or system integration projects.
- Experience managing OMS & ERP integration projects, with a good understanding of system interfaces, integrations and data flows.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollouts across different markets and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English as the working language.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience managing large-scale,
multi-country rollouts or projects within retail, e-commerce or supply chain environments.

? Compensation & Pay Transparency
- Gross Annual Salary: EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on experience and seniority.
- Freelance option: €220 – €300/day for candidates working through a VAT-registered freelance arrangement.
- Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
