Your role and primary responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences by combining deep UX research with high-fidelity UI design. You will work within a cross-functional team to transform complex systems into accessible, visually appealing products. We are looking for a product designer who is thrilled by the challenge of translating AI complexity into simple, effective interfaces and stunning data visualizations.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Lead features from ideation and UX research to prototyping, usability testing, and final production.
- Systemic Product Design: Approach design as a scalable system rather than isolated screens;
architect logic-driven functionalities and ensure every new feature seamlessly integrates into the broader product ecosystem.
- Design System Evolution: Contribute to and maintain our Design System, not just as a UI kit, but as a shared language between design and engineering to improve consistency, scalability, and development velocity.
- Data Visualization: Translate complex AI-driven data into meaningful and simple visualizations that help our clients make informed decisions.
- Tech-Savvyness & Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies;
quickly adapt design workflows and product features to leverage new tech capabilities (e.G., AI interaction patterns, new prototyping tools).
- User Advocacy:
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing;
maintain user journey maps and personas to advocate for the user's point of view within the development team.
- Collaboration & Feasibility: Partner daily with developers and PMs as a "bridge" between design and code, ensuring technical feasibility while pushing the boundaries of what the system can achieve.
- UX Logic: Focus on the functional "under-the-hood" UX, managing state changes, edge cases, and user flows that define the product's core utility.
Must-have skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the Design field or a related discipline.
- Design Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Prototyping: Skilled in wireframing and creating interactive prototypes to test ideas quickly. Prototyping with AI.
- Soft Skills: Deep empathy for users, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- AI & FinTech: Previous experience building UX/UI for AI-based platforms or financial products.
- Advanced DataViz: Deep experience with data visualization libraries or complex financial charting.
- AI driven design processes: experience in integrating AI tool into the design workflow.
- Copywriting: Experience writing clear and consistent UI copy to improve the overall UX.
