At Microgate, innovation, precision, and collaboration are at the core of everything we do.We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering team working on telescopes and optical communication systemsYour ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in bridging development and production, ensuring that electronic systems move efficiently from prototype to production.Your responsibilities include: Managing prototyping and production processes for electronic systemsActing as the technical bridge between the R&D; team and the production laboratory, including technical support for the procurement teamSupporting the transition from development to productionEnsuring efficiency and quality during testing and validationTroubleshooting technical issues during production and testing phasesYour Profile:
Practical experience with electronic circuits and hardware systemsHands-on and results-oriented mindsetGood understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a collaborative engineering teamAt least basic expertise in solderingHands-on experience with oscilloscopes and lab instrumentation.
