and budgetingHands-on experience in site supervision and contractor coordinationExperience in contract administration and procurementKnowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental standardsExperience working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholdersTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budgetLanguageFluent in English and xysqume ItalianTechnical SkillsPharmaceutical Building ConstructionHVAC systems design and vaidationConstruction project planning andschedulingWork site managementProject managementBudgeting, cost control, and financial reportingKnowledge of construction methods and materialsHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) complianceRisk assessment and problem-solving skillProficiency in project management and reporting tools
