ph3Your Purpose /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated Electrical Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the daily technical operations of the Electrical Department across our fleet. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our Asset Management processes, helping to manage and optimise the systems and software that keep our vessels running efficiently. You’ll work closely with shipboard and shoreside teams, coordinating training on asset management systems and ensuring crew and office staff are fully equipped to operate them effectively. You’ll also act as a trusted support to senior superintendents, stepping in to review and approve requests and purchase orders when needed, ensuring continuity during critical periods such as surveys, dry docks, and leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical and operational expertise within a fast-paced, global maritime environment while contributing to the performance and reliability of a leading fleet. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liManage the new item encoding requests coming both from the ship and/or the office in liaise with Asset Management team; /li liManage the new equipment encoding requests coming both from the ship and/or the office in liaise with Asset Management team; /li liSupport the ship’s superintendents on the control of the planning and execution of the PMS (Planned Maintenance System)
together with the control that the maintenance costs are managed in accordance with agreed accountable budgets and in accordance with financial approvals; /li liPrepare and dispatch the reports (performances, maintenance, costs, shipments, quality assurance, etc.) across the department and the whole organization; /li liCoordinate, together with the ship’s superintendents, the training regarding the Asset Management software system towards Crew members and office employees. /li liSupport the ship’s superintendents in approving requests and purchase orders, on their behalf, during their out of office periods (such as ship’s surveys, dry-docks, holidays and so on). /li /ul h3Your Journey so far /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent; /li liExperience working as a 3rd ETO / Electrical Engineer or Higher onboard Cruise ships. /li /ul h3Your Essentials /h3 ul liGood knowledge of the English language is required, second language is a plus /li liAvailable to work tempo pieno, 5 day per week, from the office at Le Torri, Genoa /li liMS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) /li /ul pThis opportunity offers a gross annual salary range of €50,000 to €60,000 depending on experience and relevant expertise. /p ul liCompetitive package of additional benefits. /li /ul h3Our commitment /h3 pWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
