Our well-established Hammond Park service is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Educational Leader to join the Centre Leadership team and continue the great work of supporting the team in the educational program and practice space. At Nido, we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

- 76 place single story service in a great community
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
- Opening hours are 6:30am-6:30pm

ABOUT YOU:

- Hold aBachelor or Diploma in Early Education - Essential
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Available to open and close when required
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Be an excellent communicator
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Be a kind and supportive leader to all colleagues
- Willing to be recognised as the educational leader at the service
