- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience in managing clinical operations with solid regulatory knowledge
- Prior experience in the role is mandatory
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage teams in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies to optimize processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder influence
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%)
