ppbAssistant Site Manager – Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. /b /ppbLocation: /b Naples, Italy (On‑site) /ppbEmployment Type: /b Full‑time /ppbSalary: /b Annual base salary range: TBD (general guideline only) /ph3About the Role /h3pAssist in managing and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining facility security and cyber security measures. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, schedule, and supervise day‑to‑day employee activities. /liliEnsure contract compliance, facility security, and COMSEC management. /liliDevelop contingency plans for natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, and bomb threats. /liliOversee cyber security and quality control programs, including 3M management. /liliExecute low‑level engineering tasks for DISA Telecommunications Service Requests (TSR) and Service Orders. /liliAssist with installation and upgrade projects, as well as routine and emergent wiring, cabling, and configuration changes. /liliServe as alternate ISSO and perform other duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMeet DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification. /liliMinimum 5 months of documented formal training in SHF, EHF, or UHF satellite earth terminal operations and maintenance. /liliMinimum 4 years of experience within the last 12 years in SHF/EHF/UHF satellite earth terminal site management,
