Advanced Accelerator Applications is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).** **About the role** We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to lead all aspects of financial operations in Italy. Reporting to the Business Unit Head with a dotted line to the Finance Director based in Switzerland, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence, strategic planning, and general administrative functions within our organization.
**Your key responsibilities**: - Collaborate closely with senior management to align with strategic objectives, enhancing revenue and profitability in Italy
- Uphold and cultivate a culture of financial integrity and compliance
- Act as a liaison between the local and global finance teams, supplying to the overall success of the Finance organization
- Lead the development and execution of financial plans, including the Budget, Latest Outlooks, and Rolling Forecast processes
- Ensure transparency and manage business risks and opportunities through timely insights
- Challenge operational decisions to optimize resource allocation
- Proactively identify and address risks and opportunities, implementing corrective action plans as needed
- Manage and oversee general administrative functions within the organization, including procurement, treasury, cash flow management, supply chain, customer service,
and manufacturing support
- Support supply chain, customer service, and manufacturing activities to ensure seamless operations

- Command of both written and spoken English and Italian
- Proactive approach with the capability to identify and propose solutions that extend beyond traditional finance functions, contributing to overall organizational success and innovation
- Strong analytical, modelling, and reporting skills Nice to have
