As part of our CSR & QHSE Service and reporting to the CSR & Sustainability Manager you will support in the implementation of the sustainability strategy and plans providing effective implementation to activate high environmental and social impact programs throughout the arena ecosystem. **Main activities you will support**:
Support in the management of the sustainability topics for Arena and its supply chain by engaging internal and external stakeholders
Manage the supplier’s qualification process in accordance with company policies
Support the planning of social and environmental audit in the supply chain, collect and analyze data for improving and reporting
Assist in defining policies, procedures and all necessary KPIs related to CSR activities
Support in the relationship and preserve the company accreditation with Fair Labour Association and other CSOs.

Support in the communication with suppliers and ensure certifications, information and reports on product sustainability are up to date
Support company in decarbonization path through specific projects and activities at group level
Support company in following sustainability legislative requirements (digital product passport, traceability, green claims, CSRD, etc.)
Support the preparation of arena sustainability report by collecting relevant data from internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements**:
Degree in Engineering/ Economics or similar
Studies in Sustainability topics will be considered a plus
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Analytical and pragmatic mindset
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and activities
Good team attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills
