Clinical Pathology Research Associate

In this role you join the Clinical Pathology Laboratory to generate high-quality pathology data supporting nonclinical safety assessments. You will perform routine analyses across hematology, clinical chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and immune phenotyping, and develop multicolor flow cytometric panels for immunophenotyping. You’ll handle instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, review data for compliance, and collaborate with scientists to deliver timely study results. This position offers hands‑on development within a cross‑functional team that values data quality and scientific rigor.

- Set up and validate multicolor flow cytometric panels for immunophenotyping
- Handle instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Review analytical data for compliance and quality

- Degree in biology, biotechnology, or equivalent field
- Hands‑on experience with flow cytometer operation
- Skilled in instrument compensation, acquisition, and analysis
- Experience in biomedical, pharmaceutical, xysqume or CRO labs
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Team-oriented with effective communication capabilities
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional environments
