We have an opening for an Indirect Purchasing Coordinator. /ppThe Indirect Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of goods and services not directly related to production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. They coordinate purchasing activities, manage suppliers, and support various business functions in sourcing materials and services necessary for their operations. /ppstrongMain Responsibilities: /strong /pollistrongIndirect Purchasing Management: /strong /liliCoordinate and manage the procurement of indirect goods and services (e.g., office supplies, maintenance services, marketing services, IT, Capex, etc.). /liliDefine and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and ensure the quality of goods and services. /liliManage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and supplier selection. /liliNegotiate contracts and framework agreements with suppliers. /liliMonitor and evaluate supplier performance. /li /olollistrongCost Optimization: /strong /liliIdentify cost reduction opportunities through spend analysis and the implementation of strategic sourcing strategies. /liliConduct market analysis to identify alternative suppliers and savings opportunities. /liliImplement cost-saving initiatives and monitor results. /li /olollistrongSupport to Business Functions:
