We are looking for a **Quality Assurance Specialist** **_in our HQ_** to be in charge of all quality assurance activities including the development and the implementation of quality policies and procedures, auditing, and presenting solutions in order to maintain the highest quality standards. **Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities**: - Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conducting auditing activities (both internal and external)
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Support the definition of the implementation and the development of new solution in order to continuously improve our high quality standards
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
- Making recommendations for improvement **What we need from you**: - Degree in Pharmaceuticals (a master/certification in quality assurance is a plus)
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance or similar field
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Pharma sector
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail
