ph3Responsibilities /h3pMission: The Clearing Settlement Services employee is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations related to securities settlement. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of asset trade settlements, delivering high-quality service to SGSS clients while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards. /pulliExecute post-trade processing of securities transactions across local and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate settlement. /liliMonitor and follow up on both internal and external settlement instructions for clients. /liliInvestigate and resolve settlement pending items, breaks, and discrepancies with counterparties, as well as irregularities in coordination with clients’ back and middle offices. /li /ulh3Profile required /h3pbStudies experience: /b Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields. Background in Securities Services,
with a good understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks. At least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services, with sound knowledge of industry regulations and processes. /ppbLanguage skills: /b Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level). Upper-intermediate English (B2 level). /ppbTechnical, operational Soft skills: /b Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Knowledge of Securities Operations processes and workflows. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Good level of technological literacy and familiarity with operational systems.
