ph3About the Role /h3 pReporting to the Senior FPA Manager, this is a key FPA role with a strong commercial emphasis within the European Personal Home Care business unit. The role involves partnering with regional Area Sales Managers to run reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly outputs. You will be responsible for the accuracy and reconciliation of results across systems such as One Stream, Accordion, Comp Planning, and Tableau, and will collaborate cross‑functionally on working capital, UPI, and headcount analysis. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd‑to‑end involvement in the annual AOP process, ensuring all bridges and data points are analysed /li liWeekly and monthly forecasting to support senior managers /li liSupporting Area Sales Managers in commercial reporting and analysis /li liPopulating and analysing month‑end reports to highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities /li liProviding ad‑hoc queries such as ROWC calculations, aged stock reviews, pricing, and opportunity pipeline assessments /li liEnsuring compliance with data protection regulations as a data processing appointee /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline /li liPrevious experience in FPA, finance, business analysis,
or a similar role /li liAbility to present results effectively and challenge performance /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office /li liExperience with SAP and Tableau is considered an advantage /li liExcellent analytical, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across the business /li liDemonstrated ability to manage and motivate a cross‑functional team without direct line authority /li liStrong initiative and change‑management capability /li /ul h3Where You'll Work /h3 ul li3 days in the Rome office, 2 days remote /li /ul h3Contract /h3 pPermanent Contract /p h3Salary Range /h3 p€28,000 – €48,000 gross annual salary (RAL). The final compensation package will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications in line with EU pay transparency and equal pay regulations.
