ph3Overview /h3 pThe main focus is the management of the e-learning platform m-Learning. As a part of Global Training Dept, the Training Solutions function is focused in identifying, implementing and managing all the training related tools and platforms. /p pThis is a maternity leave coverage. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 pManage Global e-learning platform (m-Learning), Cornerstone based /p pTraining and technical support for Italian and worldwide Trainers on the utilization of Corporate training tools (m-Learning, WePeople/PeoplePlus etc) /p pCommunicate with the Global Competence Centers together with me /p pManage tickets on Einstein /p pCreation of manual accounts in m-Learning /p pTechnical tests for new Global and local courses /p pSupport for Corporate initiatives (Mentimeter etc.)
/p pBack-up of the e-learning Corporate Manager /p pThe selected candidate will be employed under Category D in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026. /p h3Job Requirements /h3 pEducation (mandatory/preferable):bDegree /b /p pYears of experience: bmin 1-3 officer, preferred 3 - 5 Specialist /b /p pbPredisposition/talent to the use of computer system or LMS paltforms is a must (familiar with the LMS Cornerstone is a preference) /b /p pQualification and skills : borganization /b, brigor /b, bplanning /b, bproblem solving /b, cbapacity to work autonomously /b /p pLanguage skills and level of proficiency (minimum required): bEnglish (B2) /b /p pThe candidate should have enthusiasm /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
