You bridge Chocolate Academy, Commercial, R&D; and Marketing to drive product development, trials and solution customization.
You will conduct demonstrations, trainings and trials across artisanal labs, bakery chains and food manufacturers, influencing product improvements and scale-up processes.
Your work directly supports sales with technical value at the intersection of craftsmanship and semi-industrial production, contributing to innovation and customer success.Develop and manage B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel leveraging the existing networkProvide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients including troubleshooting and process optimizationBridge Chocolate Academy,
Commercial, R&D; and Marketing to support product development and trialsSupport sales activities through visits, technical presentations, demos and hands-on trials at semi-industrial and industrial scalesDeliver technical trainings, workshops and product presentations; represent the company at trade fairs and eventsProfessional background in pastry, bakery, or chocolate production with strong technical expertiseItalian native speaking; fluent English xysqume mandatory; additional languages are a plusStrong knowledge of pastry, bakery and chocolate/cocoa applications; understanding of industrial and semi-industrial production processesExperience with ingredient functionality, recipe formulation and process optimizationAbility to support scale-up from lab to production; hands-on problem-solving approachAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D; and Marketing; strong organizational skill
