We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a _Travel and Logistics Assistant_. **Key Responsibilities**
- Organizing and planning business travels, events, and meetings
- Managing the executive's schedule and appointments
- Supporting the Commercial Department with correspondence management
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinating with internal colleagues and management
- Providing general support to the executive team **Requirements**: - High school diploma (no degree required)
- Experience in secretarial roles or similar positions will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English (native speakers preferred),

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail
- Flexibility, teamwork, and strong motivation
