The Role

Haemonetics is seeking a commercially driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead its Blood Management business in Italy, covering haemostasis management (TEG®), Cell Salvage, and associated services.

This role combines strategic leadership, team development, and full commercial accountability, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and strengthening long‑term partnerships across the Italian healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

As National Sales Manager, you will:
- Define and execute the national commercial strategy across capital, consumables, and service solutions
- Own revenue performance and AOP delivery across Italy
- Drive a programmatic,



Patient Blood Management (PBM)-led approach to unlock clinical and economic value
- Lead complex capital sales, tenders, and competitive conversion opportunities
- Build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement bodies, and regional decision-makers
- Manage and optimise a network of agents and distributors, ensuring alignment to strategy, performance expectations, and brand standards
- Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Service, and EMEA leadership teams

Team Leadership

You Will Lead a Multidisciplinary Team, Including
- Territory Sales Managers
- Clinical Specialists
- Business Development Manager(s)

In addition, you will have oversight of external commercial partners, including agents and distributors across key regions.
