**Description** For our industrial plant based in Lodi we are looking for a Service HSE Manager. **How you'll make an impact**
- Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
- Investigate accidents and liaise with field service engineers, service project managers and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
- Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
- Conduct audits and inspections, inside the factory and onsite, to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employees' health and safety conditions.
- Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
- Conduct risk assessments.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related HSE fields.
- Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management.
- Interest for the industrial field and service activities.
- Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills.
