Henkel is seeking a Transport Planning Coordinator in Milan to support end-to-end logistics with a focus on on-time deliveries. You will coordinate carriers, liaise with warehouses and the Customer Service Control Tower, and manage express shipments to cover rush orders.
You will maintain master data, monitor deliveries with track-and-trace tools, handle transport complaints, and reconcile deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing and Finance.
