The position focuses on supporting key quality-related activities such as monitoring performance, managing compliance processes, and contributing to initiatives that drive continuous improvement. The role also provides exposure to documentation control and internal auditing practices in a dynamic and structured work environment. **Your key responsibilities will include**: - Supporting data collection and analysis to monitor quality KPIs and performance metrics.
- Assisting in the preparation of quality and compliance reports.
- Contributing to the control and management of quality documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Aiding in the coordination and follow-up of internal and external audit activities.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance function. **What are we looking for?**
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a similar discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in data management using Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
