Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As Global HR Projects Manager, you will lead strategic HR initiatives for ABB’s Electrification Service Division, aligning with business strategy and global guidance. You’ll partner with regional and global HR leaders to design and deliver programs that boost organizational effectiveness and talent development. You will manage end-to-end projects across three regions, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution. You help shape early talent initiatives and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience. This role offers meaningful impact through cross-regional collaboration and program leadership.
- Design and lead end-to-end HR projects and programs with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on project scope and deliverables
- Oversee program management across three global regions with regional partners for consistent implementation
- Lead early talent initiatives and learning activities to support career progression
- Identify,
monitor, and mitigate project risks and track KPIs; address barriers
- Develop and maintain communication strategies; advise business leaders and stakeholders
- Collect feedback, analyze program effectiveness, and recommend HR process improvements
- Create project documentation, templates, and capture best practices for organizational learning
- Degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field with 5+ years of HR experience, including project management expertise
- Experience managing talent programs, internship/trainee initiatives, or HR transformation projects in international companies
- Strong end-to-end process thinking and project management proficiency
- Ability to network with and influence senior leaders; comfortable presenting to executives
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation; self-driven, resilient, energetic, inclusive leadership
