- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
- Manage all bills and payments correctly
- Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programSupporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders **Examples of supporting tasks**
- Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areasFollow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely **KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or MicrosPersonal experience of travel and travel industry **PERSONALITY**




- Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
- Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
