Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality System for the Campochiaro Plant, contributing to the achievement of the highest quality standards for raw materials and finished products, in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and their latest updates. **Main Responsibilities (Job Activities)**: - Drive and oversee Quality System Management
- Inspire leadership and ensure strong commitment at all organizational levels
- Provide planning, structure, and support for quality-related activities
- Ensure operational consistency and excellence
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate performance against standards
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop human resources within the quality function
- Safeguard compliance and workplace safety
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships **Requisiti**:
**Minimum Requirements**: - Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Biotechnology
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a senior quality role
