**Skills, knowledge, experience required**: - Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions;
- Expertise in stakeholder collaboration through workshops and interviews, with ability to translate business requirements into user stories and design specifications;
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch);
- Experience with design systems and component-based design for modern web frameworks;
- Proven track record working closely with frontend developers to ensure design fidelity and implementation feasibility;
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices;
- Very good command of the English language (oral/written). **Desirable**:
