Magaldi Green Energy, a leader in thermal energy storage technologies, is seeking an exceptional Director of Global Sales and Development to join its team. This key role offers the opportunity to lead Magaldi's innovative and pioneering proprietary technology in the renewable energy and decarbonization sector. The ideal candidate has 15 years of solid experience in the energy sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of renewable technologies and decarbonization trends, energy storage technologies, and electrical equipment.
With solid experience in the energy market, the ideal candidate has a background that includes experience in the energy market and renewable energy development, preferably at a battery storage service company, a utility, or a high-tech electrification and automation company, as well as experience at engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms and engineering companies, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the entire life cycle of renewable energy projects.
The ideal candidate has experience at renewable energy developers specializing in photovoltaic (PV), wind, and battery storage, and/or has experience at engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms.
A degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, energy) is preferred, along with a strong business aptitude (MBA or proven experience in the sector).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of global sales strategies, strengthening Magaldi Gre
