Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position: As Sealine Engineer you will be part of the Asset Based Services.





Subsea System Design Engineering with specific reference to structural analysis of subsea pipeline (pipeline wall thickness sizing, on-bottom stability, in place static and dynamic analysis, preparation of technical deliverables such as technical report and or drawings, etc…)

Technical activities associated with Sealine System Procurement with specific reference to the preparation of material take-offs, request for quotations, technical bid evaluations, and vendor follow-ups during project execution

How can you support us?
- Perform and/or supervise the correct execution of sealine design and installation analysis
- Learn/improve the knowledge and the use of the available software for pipeline design and installation analysis
- Learn/improve the capabilities in design and analysis

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with a strong focus/preference on structural engineering.

Background: 3-5 years in similar
