Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (VIP) based in Italy. This technical, customer-facing role focuses on supporting enterprise WordPress applications and helping customers deploy reliably and at scale.
You will investigate complex issues, provide architectural guidance, and collaborate with support, engineering, and customer teams to resolve urgent problems while contributing to documentation and preventative solutions.
