Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Paid Media Lead to plan, implement, and optimize multi-platform campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic channels in Milan. You will monitor KPIs, provide insights on ROAS, and collaborate with SEO, CRM, Analytics, and Content teams to drive omnichannel success.
You will also run A/B tests, optimize targeting and creatives, and support expansion into new international markets, reporting to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.
