The Role
The Head of Leasing – Southern Europe is responsible for leading the regional leasing strategy, supporting portfolio growth and store expansion across Southern Europe, and delivering strong commercial outcomes in line with Lovisa’s objectives.
The role is accountable for achieving ROI and EBIT targets, managing key landlord and developer relationships, assessing potential and existing sites, and leading high‑value lease negotiations and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the leasing strategy across Southern Europe and expansion markets, aligned with Lovisa’s commercial objectives and long‑term growth plans.
Lead regional store expansion,



identifying and securing high‑quality new store opportunities that deliver sustainable growth and strong commercial returns.
Drive portfolio performance by achieving ROI and EBIT targets, optimising occupancy costs, and maximising lease value.
Lead negotiations for new sites, lease renewals, relocations, restructures, rent reductions, disposals and other portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Lead complex lease negotiations, securing commercially advantageous terms and managing all legal processes through to completion.
Deliver best‑in‑class commercial outcomes across lease terms, including rent, incentives, tenant contributions and rent‑free periods.
Review and challenge financial pro‑formas, sales forecasts, investment appraisals and business cases to support robust property decision‑making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, shopping centre owners, JV partners and external property advisers across the region.
