but as a daily working method.We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to lead a complex digital sales organization across three interconnected streams: Outbound Campaign-based Sales/inside Sales, Specialist/Collaborative Sales, and Digital Self-service Channels.You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization.In this role, you will combine a strong analytical and data-driven mindset with managerial leadership, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.Your role at a glance:* Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).* Directly manage a layer of team leaders (manager of managers) responsible for operational teams.* Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns, managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI).* Oversee external vendors and telesales providers, ensuring efficiency, q
