HR Specialist – Personnel Administration

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable person who is passionate about HR administration. Here’s what it takes to be our new HR Specialist:

Experience: At least 3–4 years in HR administrative roles or similar positions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
Technical skills: Familiarity with HR and management software for tracking attendance and payroll (e.g., Zucchetti or similar).
Soft skills: Precision, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Attitude: Proactive and eager to grow in an international environment.

What will you do?

Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all procedures comply with labor regulations and company policies.
Employee support:



Answer questions about paychecks, benefits, and administrative matters.
Reporting: Create HR reports on turnover, personnel costs, and other KPIs to support strategic decisions.
