Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to oversee a network of Operations Analysts across the defined region. You will ensure SOP compliance, drive KPI performance, and coordinate with depots to optimize regional operations and partnerships.
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in operations or related fields, 2–5 years in people management, strong supplier negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel within the region is required.
