Role Overview

The Lead VDC Coordinator is responsible for managing and implementing digital construction processes, primarily leveraging BIM (Building Information Modelling), to support project delivery. This leadership role coordinates multidisciplinary design teams, ensures model integration, and drives innovation across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- VDC / BIM Leadership: lead the implementation of VDC/BIM strategies across projects.
- Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Set project standards for modelling, coordination, and digital delivery.
- Mentor and manage junior VDC coordinators and BIM technicians.
- Model Coordination & Clash Detection: oversee federated model development across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP), conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, o
