- Lead daily import operations to meet service level targets and ensure smooth execution.
- Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational KPIs.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operational Care,
Customer Care, Revenue Care, Customs, Transportation) for timely shipment execution.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and external service providers.
- Drive efficiency and cost optimization through process improvements, automation, consolidation, and route planning.
- Ensure compliance with policies, international trade regulations, customs, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
- Partner with senior management to develop and execute department strategies and proactively address risks and service deviations.
- 1-3 years of experience in air logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills; adaptable and performance-driven
- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, air logistics operations, and import regulations
