How you create impact
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the import department, ensuring smooth execution of all activities and achievement of service level targets.
- Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation,



and operational KPIs to drive productivity, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex operational issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operational Care, Customer Care, Revenue Care, Customs, and Transportation partners, to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and external service providers to secure capacity, optimise transport solutions, and manage supplier performance.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation through process improvements, automation tools, consolidation strategies, route planning, and continuous review of transportation solutions.
