We are currently seeking a Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy

What kind of work will you be doing?
- Work in a multi-disciplinary engineering team on global products focusing on high performance, cost effective design and market leading innovation.
- Designing of the product electrical features, taking direct responsibility of the dimensioning of the principal parts or assemblies;
- To create and review product documentation (drawings, specifications, bills of material).
- Create design solutions for special products, cooperating to the costing process.




- Cooperate with Controls Engineering in the creation of controls connection guides.
- Co-design activity with external suppliers and other colleagues located in different regions.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues about products of his/her competence.
- To meet objectives of cost, quality, environment and time of execution, achieving the best trade-off between market and internal customer needs.
- To analyze and resolve technical problems as regards products under his/her responsibility.
- Availability to travel when needed between the Italian HQ (base) and a production facility in Slovakia.
- Electrical CAD skills combined with a good attention to details.
- Experience of EMC and low voltage regulations (e.g. CE).
- Competence in international electrical regulations and standards (e.g. UL, CSA, MD, and IEEE).
