Global Thermaline Solutions Manager (TCC Manager)
In this role you lead technical offers and drawings for Thermaline products, validating feasibility with R&D; and production. You collaborate with global sales and end customers to identify best solutions and occasionally host product presentations. You will support product development initiatives with R&D; and the product manager, contributing to a customer-focused, sustainability-driven mission. This position offers hybrid work and a path to grow within a global team.

- Prepare technical offers and drawings after feasibility checks with R&D; and production




- Collaborate with sales companies and end customers to propose optimal Thermaline solutions
- Facilitate product presentations and factory tours during customer visits
- Support Thermaline product manager and R&D; on product development initiatives
- Technical knowledge and interest
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of AutoCad or Revit (preferred)
- Customer-oriented with multicultural mindset
- Independent and self-motivated with proactive mindset
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
