In this role you will lead strategic, multi-stakeholder engagements across Europe's data centre market to create integrated power solutions. You will shape long-term account strategies, collaborate with technical teams, and drive opportunities from early planning through award. The position focuses on building trusted relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, EPCs, and technology partners to position the company as a go-to partner for mission-critical power. This role offers a chance to influence large-scale data centre projects in a global engineering context.

- Strategic account management with executive relationships across European data centres
- Manage complex engagements with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, developers and investors
- Develop long-term account strategies aligned with expansion and sustainability
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop integrated power solutions
- Position technologies within broader infrastructure solutions (backup generation, BESS,
switchgear, grid integration)
- Support customers through long, consultative sales cycles
- Build and strengthen industry partner relationships (EPCs, generator packagers, switchgear, BESS, grid tech, digital platforms, consultants)
- Develop partnership models to compete effectively on complex Data Centre projects
- Lead opportunities in early planning phases and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee opportunity qualification, pipeline development and support negotiations through to award
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Aftermarket
- Represent the company at conferences and executive meetings and maintain market knowledge
- 10-15 years in complex solution sales within international B2B environments
- Experience with Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, Energy Infrastructure, Grid Technologies, or Industrial Electrification
