Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team, including First Line Managers, Process Engineers, and Maintenance Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive the implementation, optimization, and sustainability of the Run to Standard methodology and the Unilever Manufactur
