Manager / Team LeaderAs Business Development Manager in Traka Italy, you drive growth by identifying new customers and market opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across ASSA ABLOY and report to the General Manager of Traka Italy, shaping the local growth strategy.

You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, while tailoring solutions with engineering and service teams.

This role places you at the heart of expanding our Italian footprint and delivering value to customers.

meetings, demos, needs assessments, design, quotes, negotiations, closureCollaborate with engineering, technical, service and field teams to deliver tailored solutions and projectsMaintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, monitor market and competitor trends, represent at events and trade fairsMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business developmentUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, xysqume Marketing, Sales Management or related fieldStrong hunter mentality with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and cross-functional collaborationNative Italian and fluent English; strong technical affinity or quick to learn new technologiesExperience in key management, intelligent asset management, access control, physical security, or related industries is a plus
