? Key Account Manager – Medical Aesthetics | Italy

? Location: Milan or Rome, Italy (Field-Based)

Are you an experienced sales professional within medical aesthetics looking to take the next step in your career?

We're partnering with a global leader in aesthetic medicine to recruit two Key Account Managers to drive commercial growth across Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a market-leading portfolio and a strong reputation for innovation within the aesthetics industry.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by developing long-term partnerships with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and key decision-makers.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Delivering product training and educational sessions.
- Supporting workshops, events, and congresses across your territory.




- Identifying new commercial opportunities and maximising account growth.
- Managing your sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering against ambitious sales targets.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience within Medical Aesthetics, ideally injectables.
- A proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- An established network of aesthetic physicians and private clinics.
- Experience managing a territory independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A genuine hunter mentality with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
