As a Junior Trade Compliance Specialist in EMEA, you support global shipments to ensure compliance with EU and US export controls. You join a distributed team focused on Compliance Risk Management, Export Licenses, and Customer Controls to safeguard cross-border trade. You'll handle due diligence, license submissions, and classification work that shapes how Arrow moves semiconductor and technology products. This role offers growth through hands‐on regulatory work, cross‐country collaboration, and a clear path to senior compliance roles. You'll work in a dynamic, international setting with mentorship and structured onboarding.

Process partner reviews including restricted/denied parties matches and due diligence
Collect, review and vet End Use Statements




Monitor and clear transactions in line with laws and regulations
Analyze transactional reports
Support preparation and submission of government license applications and reports
Respond to internal compliance requests
Classify commodities based on EU/US Dual‐Use lists
Conduct and document due diligence for partners and transactions
1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Customs, or International Trade
Bachelor's degree or equivalent xysqume experience in a related field
Business fluency in Italian and English
French or another European language is a plus
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‐functional communication skills
Self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity
Background in customs, logistics, transportation, or HTS/tariff classification
Interest in the semiconductor industry and technical affinity
